Last night I had a dream about gardening(!) Yes, lame... But two parts stood out. First, I discovered that there were two beautiful volunteer pumpkins growing amid all the squash vines, all ready for Halloween! One was huge and a beautiful glowing red color with green stripes, more like a pumpkin-shaped gourd. (In reality, I grow neither squash nor pumpkins, but had recently been talking to my mother about her non-ripening butternut squash.)
The second part was even more exciting, if you can believe that. I was serving dinner to the Rolling Stones, handing my dried tomato slices around sans utensil while saying, "Excuse my fingers, Keith," "Excuse my fingers, Mick." The boys seemed to find them delicious.
Sorry, no photos from a dream.
