After the major success of the toilet paper holder frame, Joel and I decided to frame our ugly old medicine cabinet mirror. As these mirrors are common in houses from a certain period, I was sure I'd find some advice online, but Google had absolutely NOTHING, surely a first. So, for anyone interested, here's what to do.
1) Buy light wood trim and mitering tool at craft store. Measure twice and cut once.
2) Glue pieces together with wood glue and then paint with rejected original wall color which is now known as the trim color (paint both sides, because the back will be reflected in the mirror).
3) Glue the frame onto the edges of the mirror with a minimum of Gorilla Glue (this glue expands and looks unsightly if you use too much). Hold in place with the help of a popsicle stick glued onto the back of the frame top and plenty of painter's tape.

4) Wait 2 hours and then enjoy! (more on weird framed photos in another post)
